    i think any yoga will help lower pressure because it makes one slow down and pay attention to breathing which is always good if you can control it as in yoga….

    This is good, i never thought about the head movement part before but it seems to really help. I also put noise canceling headphones on which allows me to hear my internal breathing but not other noises around me, combined this seems to be very beneficial and calming.
