@Weiisthebest You simply won’t sweat or smell at all. I only use it about every three weeks you don’t need to use it very often. There is a fairly high aluminium content in it though so see how you go. I don’t think I have any side effects at all but as I said you don’t use it that often.

@Weiisthebest Hi there. There is a product called Driclor which you can get at the chemist. It will STOP you sweating. You can use it for your underarms and on your hands and feet. You shower, dry yourself really well so there is no moisture on you, then put it on.

As well as the dangers of pharmaceutical drugs (and by the way MANY pharmaceutical drugs can do this to you even antibiotics like flagyl). I believe that a simple course of antibiotics can START this terrible anxiety and noone makes the link and it can cause a lifetime of terrible suffering – pharmaceutical companies have a great deal to answer for – do some research on the net).
Also DON’T TOUCH CAFFEINE OR ALCOHOL if you are getting over an anxiety condition.
Thanks for this video.

It should be. The suffering that is caused by not knowing how our bodies work and what is happening when we feel anxious is huge. We should be taught this stuff at an early age. I too hid it and that is THE most awful time. My heart breaks for people who suffer this way and I believe there are many because when you DO start talking about it many people say they have also suffered. WHY is this such a big secret. We are actually perfectly normal but sensitive human beings.

This is fabulous advice. Pharmaceutical companies are only interested in making money from antidepressants. They are the most horrible drugs and they cause psychosis, depression and anxiety. It’s great to hear someone talking openly about anxiety and panic attacks. I don’t know why this stuff isn’t taught in schools.

I feel your pain! I have been going through general anxiety and panic disorder for the past seven plus years. I just purchased his program. It’s $97. He makes more sense than most people out there on the issue. And I love that he has first-hand knowledge about this. By the way, it is possible to overcome this. I have had a few years where it was almost gone, then came back for other reasons, stressors in my life.
