Agitation – I usually have a lot of patience but lose it pretty quickly now
Headaches im not on meds either…any suggestions?

I am having similar problems here are my symptoms:
And for the record my symptoms from withdrawal include:
Memory problems Disorientation Confusion Problems with coordination –
Inability to concentrate, listen or retain information
I am really having problems having conversation. It’s like my brain is somewhere else, almost like I am going through the motions but not sure why.

I had horrible panic attacks, then it submerged to high anxiety, Feeling spaced out all the time, hard time concentrating/memory problems, can’t focus? And I’m really disoriented when I come out of these things too. I feel weak and lightheaded all the time. and sleep doesn’t help (I don’t have trouble sleeping). I can’t concentrate, I feel like my eyes can’t focus on things, I feel really disoriented, I can’t think straight. i feel out of it…..its driving me insane…

well, since we’re sharing, I was diagnosed with AHA (anger, hostility, and aggression) syndrome, and panic disorder when I was 14. . . I never took the drugs though, because my mom made me use anger management techniques and breathing exercises. . . now I only freak out on my boyfriend. . . lol

Thanks for making this video. I’m almost 100% for all those symptoms described. I’s nice to know one isn’t alone.

This video made me feel better about some of the weird symptoms I have that I didn’t even realize were tied in with my anxiety disorder, but had just attributed to other mental issues. Thank you!

  20. onlygoodthings says:

Wow I thought the “out of body experience” was just me straight tripping. If I looked around a room sometimes the walls the whole place was almost cartoonish. I now realize it was me being out of touch with reality and out of touch with myself. Now I try taking even just two minutes to sit and face reality without being self conscious and self scrutinizing.
    tough.

Thank you for posting this, your video just bought me one step closer to healing, in just realizing that im not alone

  22. RandomRosemary says:

Very good video, and I’m glad all those things are now gone for you. I experience them all too frequently but I can’t imagine life without it. I simply wish you all the best and am happy you’ve got through it. :)

  23. margomay4 says:

You can get help. You don’t need drugs. It is very hard but there is a way. Look up the CTSA (Center for the Treament and Study of Anxiety) at the University of Pennsylvania. Edna Foa is the director. What you need to do is make yourself find out exactly what triggers your anxiety and then expose yourself to anxiety filed situations so that you can retrain your brain to not stress out. It is very emotionally painful initially, within no time you will be back in control.
