    For those of us who must be “doing” all the time, try “not doing” as your “doing. In other words, not doing something is doing something when its intentional. For example, when I say, “I am going to relax, have a wonderful bath, a little nap, kick back and do nothing,” I am satisfying every need: to give AND to receive.
