Some people find it hard to keep up with all the input from around you (media, TV, sound, the environment). This is the Information Age — everybody can be informed about anything and everything. There is no secret, therefore there is no sacredness. Life is going to become an open book. When your computer is more loyal, truthful, informed and excellent than you, you will be challenged. You do not have to compete with anybody. You have to compete with yourself. Sooner or later there will be no marriages, and no relationships, because you will not have the mind to control yourself. It does not matter how successful you are—money, environments and success will not give you any strength at all. Those who are a slave of these and caught up in emotions and commotions are not spiritual. They have no trust in God. What about the people who have their ear pierced? Does that have an affect to our brain since theirs a hole in our earlobe? I’m interested because I’ve recently heard about the ear being the shape of a baby in a womb and I find that fascinating. Hope to get a reply soon.

    Thank you!

Guruji explicitly said we are not supposed to do this type of mediation…the only thing we need to do when meditating is to concentrate on waheguru, not any of this stuff

@kliroart The suggested time to practice the meditation is for 31 minutes. If that is too hard start with 11 minutes and increase the time as you practice.

  16. kliroart says:

Excusemi, how long does it last ?
