Cheers. It also takes away the focus on the anxiety attack itself, and any exercise activity that will distract you from these attacks will help a a lot.

I use my thoughts and I very rarely get attacks these days and if I do, I’m able to think myself out of it. One technique is to think ‘so what?’ then I let the panic attack happen, just release ‘it’ and let ‘it’ do it’s thing knowing that the worst possible thing is still not life threatening, let it be, so have an attack big deal, but I carry on concentrating on what I’m doing anyway. It stops it in it’s tracks, but it does require practice.
